hello! welcome back to day three of the papertrey ink august release countdown and another look at my new set scared silly. today my little monster is spreading a little love - these monsters are definitely not just for halloween! in fact, i included a couple of sentiments in the set for other occasions, like this one for love. it could be used as a valentine's card or just to say i love you any time.
simply changing the colors of the monster instantly changes the feel of the card. here i used lovely lady and amethyst allure along with soft grays and lots of white. and how about that glittered unicorn horn?! to get additional sparkle, i added a label behind the mix & mat hearts die and filled the holes in with glitter. instead of putting the sign on a stick in the monster's hand, i decided to emphasize the outstretched arms by stretching the sign as though he were holding it.
and for that extra touch of wow, i mounted the monster on an action wobble mini. the monster is really excited to be sending this message!
