good morning! it's my turn for papertrey ink make it monday this week and i'm sharing one of my go-to candy packaging folds - the matchbook. it's super easy and all you really need is cardstock and a stapler.
while it is perfect for candy (and mass producing valentines!), it also works well for other things too, like the mini note pad/coupon book idea i created when i introduced cupid's arrow. the base is a half and half die cut!
as usual, i went crazy creating - some have candy and some don't. check out the video to see the possibilities...
what will you put into yours? fold, staple, stamp and then link up the results on nichole's blog - i can't wait to see what you come up with!
enjoy!

eta: just to show you how handy this simple packaging is, we had a big event this weekend for my daughter and stayed on location at the hotel. on saturday night, i had a couple of gifts to package and had intended to create a little box, but forgot adhesive at home. luckily, i had packed a stapler for something else, so with this video fresh in mind, a matchbook was the perfect solution! late night lamp light, but of course i had to snap some quick pics...
