a week of frantic rattled stamping behind me, new stamps in the papertrey ink store as of last night! i would say i feel a bit of withdrawal now that it's over, but it's may and that means may madness - those weeks where school and summer start to blend together into a swirl of teacher gift and camp stationery orders, my girls' exam prep and assemblies, plus a may birthday. but once school is over and the slower pace of summer actually begins, i look forward to stamping more with my two latest releases.
i stamped a lot this month again. do you have a favorite? it's hard for me to pick just one, but i'm really partial to the two rattle shakers and the white die cut cards. when i designed the set, even when i sat down to work with it, i didn't imagine how many different looks i could create in one week. it's funny that way - it really takes getting into it, getting my fingers inky, stamping on my blotter pad or scraps, testing colors and supplies. i love it when ideas start to fall into place!
