i've been in a baking frenzy over the last 24 hours. the cupcakes above were for colleen's poetry party this morning--the poems were cute, the cupcakes, a hit, even though they got a little smooshed on the way! then i rushed home to finish prepping to help throw the dog show party again this afternoon, including the cake and extra paws...
i was so glad david was in the mood to cook his pot roast for dinner. it tasted yummy, but more importantly it smelled yummy and canceled out the lingering sugar, which really was going to my head!
